Terrible and unreliable service from incredible connections online business

We ordered an item from Incredible connections a number of weeks ago (15/04/2020). Just over a month (07/05/2020) later we received an email promising to manage the delivery process for us to ensure speedy delivery. We have sent emails to the assigned individual and have not received a response from Incredible connections. We have also contacted the call centre with no answer. I am extremely disappointed in Incredible connections, we couldve chosen to purchase this item with other reputable, more reliable companies and will do so in future
