terrible after sales

I got approved for credit on the 1st of August, went into the Cresta branch to submit all docs on the same day. I have been waiting for my delivery since then, today being the 12th. I got an sms stating delivery will be today between 9h00 -18h00, so I am expected to spend the whole day home waiting ?!?!
