Terrible

I bought Samsung S24 Ultra at Esstgate mall, I have never enjoyed this phone since I bought it, there's always one problem after another. I am very tired I don't know how many time I have taken it to Samsung just to fix it and recently I took it to vodacom. When it started I took it to incredible connections at Eastgate and ot was still new the manager which I don't remember her name she was very rude not customer service . I am disappointed .
