Terible refund service

What a bad experience I'm currently experiencing with incredible connection, I have been waiting for my refund for the past 15 working days . You wait for more than 10 Min for them to answer their calls, their consultant are *********** and unfriendly. I would never ever buy anything from them and I spread the word to my friends and family.
