Terible Incredible Connection

Terible online service. I ordered a Dell Inspiron 5570 i7 Notebook online as it wasnt available in store but only online. Only when I followed up on delivery I was informed that this product was out of stock and no longer available. I was told that I can get a down grade at the same price. It was easy to just make it my problem. If they know a product is no longer available why have it online. Easy to take your money and not delivered what was ordered. I lodged a complaint and was informed I would be contacted within 24 hours. This is 5 days ago.
