Technical bad info and overcharge by Incredible connection

PlaxmaTP4640 In bought a new printer CANON I was informed that to do a normal set up for my lap Top would be R300 but if it was required now the price would be R500 Having my lap top with me I took the R500 deal I was shown a very bad way of making it work. I went back to the tech 3 times in all, then I had to get an outside tech to put it right. Suely I should be refunded for bad information, and overcharge.
