Tech store from hell

Terrible experience at the cavendish store! Bought a Orion projector and was told I can use a HDMI cable to stream from my IPhone only for it to not work at all! When I called after having it for 1 day I was told I will be charged 15% handling fee for opening the box and they will need to refund me in cash but they cannot say when they will have the cash available because they need to build up the cash. This leaves me with not knowing when I will be getting my money and having to wait around until the store has enough money to refund me. Absolutely shocked and disgusted in the service of incredible connection I will never step foot in this store again. Do not buy anything here if you try to return an item they will charge you money for just walking out the store with it! These people are *******!!!
