Taking a care of online order that that disappeared

After an online web order with Incredible Collection had disappeared in a black hole at courier Fedex, I could with the invoice trace the branch Rustenburg that supp**** the order and phone them. They subsequently took care to deliver the item at my home in Johannesburg within the week. Note: All previous mails from me to Incredible Connection were not answered.
