Take your money and do not deliver product or refund you. Still waiting

Been waiting for a refund for since the 24th November 2022. They have not delivered the product and they have not refunded by money despite numerous requests. I would not trust this brand if you are thinking of o buying tech, go somewhere else. Terrible service.
