Tablet STILL Not working properly

After having my mom's tablet fixed by Incredible Connection, and after an argument with them about it not being under warranty, we eventually got the tablet back a month later only to find that they could not switch it on to show me that it was indeed fixed as they didn't have a charger for it and the sim card that was in the tablet was missing (luckily it is a pay as you go). Now it doesn't matter what sim card you put it, it doesn't pick it up.<br> <br> My mom took it back yesterday and was told that as it wasn't under warranty, she would have to pay for the repair!! This is not on. This tablet has been a problem from day one and we refuse to pay for this repair to take place as this is a new fault on the tablet and not part of the original fault.<br> <br> The staff at the Northgate branch are unfriendly, unhelpful and completely disrespectful to their clients. Are you aware that WE pay your salary, as without us, you wont have jobs???<br> <br> I expect this tablet to get fixed ASAP without charging us for the repair or a new tablet.<br> <br> This is beyond bad service and I am utterly disgusted with the service we have received thus far.
