Tablet not charging = Software error = not covered

Just wasted my time taking a tablet to the 'Texperts' area in Incredible connection.<br> I bought a tablet one month ago that came with a bluetooth keyboard that never paired with the tablet.<br> I explained to the lady that the tablet itself does not charge.<br> She switched it on and when the display didn't come on she said that's a software issue, so its not covered by your warranty.<br> To me the charging of a battery is hardware related, and the keyboard functionality advertised on the box never worked...why should I pay for this repair?<br> Will think twice about buying from this store again.
