"Systems are down"

I write this review with a sore heart as Incredible Connection used to be my go-to shop for every electronic device I needed. We all know “Rage” is coming up and I needed to buy a new Laptop to fulfill my gaming experience at Rage. I stopped at incredible connection (The Glen Branch) and was informed that I could upgrade my Vodacom contract with a Laptop. You can only imagine my excitement when I first heard that this was possible and that I didn’t have to pay upfront for my Laptop. However I am extremely disappointed by the fact that their systems were down due to ****** cables. I have waited patiently since Sunday (even trying my luck at the Mall of the South branch) and still there is no Luck. Surely, Cables can easily be replaced and even though I have left my Details at The Mall of the South branch, there has been no resolution to this issue. Rage is just around the corner and I will not be able to go as I do not have my Laptop up and running. A huge disappointment as I have counted down the sleeps for this Expo and my previous laptop was ******. I guess bad luck happens in three’s….What next?
