Such a disappointing Service

Incredible Connection Fourways mall is absolutely disappointing.

upon arriving at the shop I was not greeted or even offered assistance, I had to basically find my own way around the shop.

Once I managed to get through to someone on the floor, I asked if I could process my credit application, they pointed me to a lady that currently had two clients to attend to, so instead of someone referring me to a different branch the lady who was assisting me said it won't take long.

40 minutes later I am still walking around the shop and then the lady that assisted me informed me to contact Fourways crossing and see if they are not busy and if they can assist me. Considering I have been walking around for 40 minutes.

The lady that was in front of me also gave up and left.

Once it was my turn to apply for my credit we ran through the process and for some reason the Biometrics scanner did not work, the lady rebooted the PC 3 times and I counted, but no success.

I asked what time they closed and they told me that the store closes at 6 PM.

So I went back to the store after work hoping for some good news, but once I arrived again the same issue of the Biometrics scanner did not work, the lady rebooted the PC again for another 4 times and I also counted.

The lady told me that she was going to log a call with the IT people to sort this out.

I get a call at 2:30 pm this afternoon only for the lady to tell me that she has not logged a call and I must wait again tomorrow.

This is so upsetting, all I wanted was a Huawei GT 2e watch that I could pay off for my father for his birthday and now because of this I cant get my father his gift.
