Struggling to buy a TV from Incredible Connection for almost 3 months

I have been struggling to complete the purchase of a TV from Incredible Connection for almost 3 months. The initial payment was made on the 29th of January, almost 3 months ago. Since then the purchase has been delayed by a number of frustrating and unnecessary issues including incorrectly canceling the order, not replying to my emails and calls, not being able to request the TV from stores that have stock, not being able to complete the purchase because of the store's stock system being offline and finally not being able to deliver the TV for unknown reasons. Now, almost 3 months later and I'm still waiting for the TV to be delivered. All my emails are being ignored and when I speak to the store I purchased from all they can say is they're trying to sort it out. Almost 3 months to buy a TV... Shocking...
