Store not honoring advertised and changing terms at POS

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with your store. I recently came across an adverti*****t for your “Red Star Clearance” sale, which featured an ASUS PBA Gaming Desktop i5 16GB 512GB SSD RTX 3060 NoOS for a price of R6,999.

The specific details of the advertised product were as follows: • Processor: Intel Core i5-11400 2.6 GHz • Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GPU • Motherboard: Asus Prime Z590 V Based on this adverti*****t, I decided to make a purchase. However, when I proceeded with the transaction, I encountered issues that led to a loss on my part due to a discrepancy between the advertised price and the actual cost during the purchase process.

This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss, as I made my decision based on the advertised price and product specifications. As a loyal customer, I expected the advertised terms to be honored.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues I have faced with your Eastgate Mall branch, which require immediate escalation.

Following my initial complaint regarding the discrepancy in the pricing of the ASUS PBA Gaming Desktop, I was contacted by the store and informed that I could purchase the PC at the advertised price, but without any warranty. Reluctantly, I went to the store to examine and possibly pick up the product.

Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the PC case’s side panel was open and not *****ed in. Despite my concerns, I insisted on testing the PC to ensure everything was in order. However, the PC would not turn on properly—only the RGB lights were functioning. We tried connecting to multiple display monitors using various HDMI cables on all the HDMI ports, but there was no display output at all.

This situation has left me furious and deeply concerned about the integrity of the products being sold by Incredible Connections, particularly at the Eastgate Mall branch. It appears that they were attempting to sell me a defective product, potentially ****ming me as a customer.
