Store Manager really cares!

I popped into your Rosebank store yesterday and received the most fantastic service from your sales manager on duty. He was really incredible! Today, I needed to return to exchange something and dealt with Bernardus. What a great, friendly, helpful and professional man. Both he and his Sales Manager (I've known the sales manager for many years but sadly cannot recall his name) make an excellent team and they evidently recognise the importance of their customers.
