Please can you assist as I am very disappointed in the service I am receiving

Last month i app**** for a playstation 4 contract at incredible connection Greenstone mall. And i was approved When it was time for me to get my merchandise i was delayed for 5 days. I then decided to cancel my contract with them Because they didn't deliver They said the cancellation takes up to 5 working days Till today my contract has not been canceled and I'm getting calls from head office, telling me that i have to pay this month I really don't appreciate the service I'm getting from incredible connection This is just some poor service from a big store.
