Ordered item from Incredible Connection online sales on 2 December. Tracking did not work as claimed. I followed up on 6 December, again on 7 December, then on 12 Dec, then 13 Dec via Live Chat as the call centre does not answer calls after 20.minutes of ringing. Now 17 Dec and still no response from IC. Ordering.XMas presents on 2 Dec should be adequate BUT NOT FROM INCREDIBLE.CONNECTION!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.IN THE INDUSTRY!!!! For all I know.my R4500 is ******! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROUP TO MY ENEMY!
