Stole my phone

On 11 June 2024, I ordered 2 phones from Incredible connection online, the phones were Xiaomi A2 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 13. This guys only delivered one phone, I have been waiting and following up with no success. They even closed they Twitter (X) messaging, only premium subscribers can message them, why on earth would you only want premium twitter users to inbox you? Are we not all your customers? Now we struggle to get hold of you. Anyway, I want that phone today or cancel it, I will go buy it somewhere. This is very unacceptable.
