Stole my money and gave me a faulty product.

I bought a brand new Apple Mac book pro 2019 model, with all the bells and whistles. I used it for 1 month, and it shut down on me, black screen and with white Apple. Which would not leave the screen. It also started typing symbols instead of letter and numbers. I filmed the issues and sent it in for repairs at IC, they said there was no issue. Then I sent them the video and they decided it was a “sticky keys” problem. I received my computer back after three weeks of it being in service, which is shocking, as I use this computer to run my business. 2 weeks after receiving the computer it crashes on me again! I do not have anything on the computer that could be causing such issues, it is the hardware, I have all video proof of the problems I am encountering yet IC will not refund me my money and take back their faulty product. Terrible service and management has tried to delay process so that my CPA rights are expired when they do try and help. I’m appalled.
