Stinking customer service

Yesterday I bought a tablet and I was assisted by Trivern who asked me what was I looking for.. I told him and he went to the back to get my device and he gave it to the cashier and he continued serving other customer's..I went to the cashier to ask if that was my device and she looked at me like I'm a ****** or something 10minutes passed by and she started assisting me.. I paid for my device and she packed it without opening it so that I can see if it in the good condition and she left me standing there by the till. I went to the security to ask if they will Rica the sim card or not.. The security went and called Trivern who told him that he is busy with another customer.. How can u start another customer whilst u haven't finished with another one.. Was it because I'm black? Or was it because he did not car because he already got the sale.. In my whole life I never received such a stinking and pathetic service,. ****** will never end in this world.
