still waiting for repairs and no response

Laptop under warranty returned for repairs. 2 months later - No feedback. Calls not returned. Mails unanswered. Blunt/Rude answers on social media and posts deleted. Your repairs policy says 21 days max or replace if you cannot repair. Completely ********* - and still no laptop that was not cheap
