Still waiting for refund after a month

<p>I bought a iPhone 5S online. It was delivered and notworking. </p> <p>I requested a refund and to this day nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent emails and numerous calls all to no avail. </p> <p>I will never ever buy from this store again.</p> <p>The customer service is absolutely shocking. </p> <p>Please process my refund </p>
