STILL WAITING FOR MY TV I PURCHASED

I bought a Television on Black Friday this year and till today ( 18 December 2017) , I am still waiting for my TV to be delivered. The answers I am receiving from Incredible connection is Pathetic to say the least. All they say is that they logged a complaint and someone is handling it but I am yet to receive my TV.Please could you look into this as I will be taking it higher if I don't get any response and positive action being taken - My complaint reference number is 736991
