Still waiting for downloadable product purchased 14 days ago

Placed an order for Microsoft Office license and McAfee Antivirus on the 18th of May 2020. I especially placed the order online which immediately went off my account as it was supposed to be downloadable within 24 hours. We are now standing on 1 June 2020.

After numerous calls, online support chat with Howard, where i was given a complaint number, where they were supposedly going to call me within 24 - 48 hours, been into the store at Rosebank where I asked for my money back to take my businesses elsewhere, i was told that they can't refund me as it was an online order, but they will email it to me again immediately. I received the invoice in my inbox on the 18th of May, the day I placed and paid for the order, yet I'm still waiting for my product which is supposed to be downloadable within 24 hours.

Even gave them an alternative email to copy in as well, Glad from Rosebank store escalated the matter, my house mate received the email, but I did not as they used the incorrect email address. She responded to them telling them that they are using the incorrect email, but with no response. Even though they can track my email on my online profile and i also gave it to Glad in the store as well. But still no email, call or the email to download the product I purchased 2 weeks ago.

In this time where all businesses are struggling, one would think customer service would be number one on everyone's list, yet I still await any call or email communication on the progress.

Horribly disappointed and will definitely not support this business in the future.

Tomorrow I shall try again to call and go into the store to get my money back as I'm not interested to support them.
