still waiting

I put in an order for Macbook Pro R39,999 on friday 13th. Was told by Naeem, the machine would arrive Wednesday 22nd. I app**** for credit on Monday 20th, only to be told the machine can not be ordered until the application is approved. It is now thursday 23rd 5.30pm, and still no answer on the credit application. Amy has requested new info from me everyday, but it takes another 24 hours before the next request comes through. I am disappointed by the lack of processes in keeping a potential customer from making a credit purchase.
