Still no update from incredible connection

Since my last review more than a week ago about incredible connection, they still have not contacted me about the solution or a way forward. Eash time time i have to go in store for an update on the matter which is time and money consuming which is something I'll never get back but it doesn't bother them because they just don't care. Whether if the laptop i needed it for business or something else in not their problem. Customer needs is not a priority for them, that's show how much they give a damn about their customers. Never again will i purchase anything from incredible connection again that's a promise.
