Still haven't received certificates of extended warranties on my Apple devices

So I purchased an iPhone SE last month on the 14th (April) and last week I bought a MacBook Pro. I registered my phone on the website the same day I purchased it and the same with the Macbook. I still haven't received the certificate of extended warranty and I also emailed my proof to the only email I could of Incredible Connection. The customer service levels on this matter is APPALLING!!! PLEASE help me get the registration sorted out!!!!
