My husband and I went laptop scouting and between your store and others we received the most wonderful experience being assisted by a young man named Jody at your Blue Route Mall Branch. Whose absolutely clued up with his technological information. Thank you as he gave great recommendations as to the purchase which we initially would of bought elsewhere, he was friendly, polite and he never once got annoyed with our busy and curious little girls.. We made our purchase at your store and we would highly recommended anyone to be assisted by Jody. We give him 5 stars as you see in that evening we approached other stores and some of the sales staff seemed disinterested and irritated perhaps thinking too many questions and no buying as someone from past retail experience I know the drill. So, trust he will receive the recognition he deserves because he isn't like the rest of the typical sales associate stereotypes.
