Stay away from them, you are warned

Whatever you do, stay away from them. I don't know if the experience is the same from all Incredible connections but the one in Cresta is extremely bad. I read the review before buying there (mostly negatives) and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt nevertheless, that was the worst decision i've made. They have very unprofessional services, *********** tech assistance and dishonest store. They sold me a product that doesn’t work and as I’m writing this it’s been over 2 months where they have failed to give me a better product and even to refund it, it’s turning into multiple stories. Now they telling me that I am supposed to request a refund from the supplier as if i bought it from the supplier. And they call me again to say that the supplier refuses to reimburse despite being a faulty product. This is a very disappointing experience, once this all thing is over I’m never stepping a foot here.
