Stay away from Incredible Connection

On the 25th April 2020 I ordered a Xiaomi Mi TV Box S from Incredible Connection, when it had not arrived after 10 days I gave them a call and was told it was not an essential item during lockdown, I cancelled my order and was assured my credit card would be credited - I ordered it elsewhere and it was delivered within 10 days It is now a month later and I still have not been reimbursed my R1499, after many messages, phone calls and emails, even going to Incredible Connection in Cresta Their service is shocking, and they have ****** my money from me Carol Plunkett
