Stay away

<p>I bought a WD hard drive at Cradestone mall about 2 years ago. They gave me a manual invoice due to load shedding or something. Within 2 years the thing stopped working. I sent it to Centurion Incredible Connection still it was within the 3 year Warranty Period. They told me to go back to North West and get a computer generated invoice then come back to them with it since the people in cradlestone are not picking up their calls. I refused of cause and asked them to deal with the other branch as I now stay in PTA. Long Story short its over 8 months and my hard drive is still there not fixed. Advice do not ever make the mistake of accepting a written manual invoice otherwise if your product gets broken you are on your own.</p>
