Staff trying to **** us

My husband and I called the shop in Northgate asking if they have a samsung tablet and the lady we spoke with said it is a display and we will get a 5 percent .when we got to the store we were told a different story . The manager Toufique said the opened tablet that we were told was on display is sold at full price. It is ***** selling people things that on display at full price. We were aware the item was a display and didn’t mind buying it on discount . Can incredible connection please look into this .
