Staff that didn't wanna help customers

Can incredible connection do something about their staff .I'm very disappointed. Went to buy 2 cellphones, they told me to get my ID I went when I came back they told me the people working with cellphones are out to Checkers and no one could help me. 3 customers left in anger.
