Staff not train

I went in to find out about the Incredible Cloud product, from the sales persons to the Technical department to to the sales person again, the last answer I got was Its for 1 Year sir, after that I cannot tell because we have no info, first sales person 1 year sir you go to the tellers and register there and all stored at this Cloud, but the ad say 2 years so who is right and how is wrong now??<br> Is there any person at Incredible that can help and knowing what this is all about, because the rest of the staff at Somerset-West do not know what is going on
