Staff miscommunicated laptop specifications, discovered only after already charging.

The staff do not know their merchandise. I was informed by the staff that an advertised 8GB RAM laptop model would be upgradable to 16GB however after being charged on my credit card, they discovered that it only has one slot. A second laptop was found that was also indicated as upgradable but was also found with one slot.

Two different stores were contacted prior to purchasing. Please may the staff be informed of the specifications of their merchandise - this was a waste of my time and my refund will only come through to me within 3 days. Rather say that you are not sure.
