27/01/2018 I visited your canal walk branch to purchase 2 items cash:

we stood like 2 idiots in the store while 2 things were happening, 1 staff was more interested in closing the doors at 20:30 - 20:45 while the remaining staff had a social gathering at the cash desk with ZERO interest in attending to us, staff blatantly ignored customers,

who actually wanted to purchase Apple iPad Pro 12.9" 512GB and which was supposed to be my birthday gift on 27 January 2018, Apple Watch Series 1 42mm Space Grey Aluminum case black sport band.
