I had booked in business laptop still in warranty, I was informed it would take 7-10 working days, I had then bought another laptop to work with during the 7-1.0 working days, the new one is also faulty. It’s now 15 days and the store technician and manager is so useless, on the fault report the technician Tsundzuka stated that I do not need my laptop anymore. The manager Amogelang had no empathy or attempt of finding a solution. It is frustrating…… IC needs to either send their staff for proper training or shut down.
