spent a lot of money when sim card was faulty

was in incredible connection watercrest mall this morning to check my tplink the tech said the tp was faulty but he didnt try different sim card as mine was still in the system i fhe had tried a different sim card he would have found out that the sim card was faulty not the tplink so basically i bought a new tplink for R2200 when there was nothing wrong with it
