Space-bar not working

I bought a laptop on 06-11-2015 and the space-bar button is not working. I started a new job & I needed a new laptop. I have been on training today is my 1st day back at the office & when I called I was that 1stly, I have past the 10 days period for them to exchange the laptop & 2ndly, even if they take the laptop for repairs the suppliers are closing so I will only get it back next year. But I need the laptop daily. That is how I make my living. Can you imagine how difficult it is to type any sentence if the space-bar button is not working? It took me over 60-min just to type this letter. I am not impressed.
