Somerset West Branch INEPT AND USELESS

Pity I can't give this zero stars. The most inept useless pathetic staff I've ever come across. They would not accept a return and started arguing that they are in line with the CPA, I printed their own terms and conditions out highlighting the section on returns. Was told by the manager I don't have to read that and he walked away to his office. Perhaps he can't read. The staff member then claims it was tested for 3 days and works....miracles do occur it had only been dropped off the previous afternoon. This idiot can obviously time travel. Never again will I step foot in this company's branches or any JD group store again. Once they have your money they don't give a ****
