Sold secondhand goods

I bought a pair of R1 400 bluetooth earphones which are clearly second hand and visibly worn down. I was called 2 days later with news that the branch had ordered me another pair and although I stated I need then urgently I will have to wait another 2 days. The colour of the new unit isn't even what I requested. I don't think this is acceptable. 1 - to sell second hand goods which don't even work! 2 - to take 4 days to replace. 3 - to offer nothing more than just a sorry and then having to wait for a replacement after wasting my time and causing the inconvenience. I will make sure to point out this type of behaviour/service to anyone choosing to shop at IC.
