Sold a broken laptop by incredible connection

i bought a laptop at incredible connection, they delivered it at home. When we opened it, the screen was cracked. i took the laptop back to clearwater mall. initially the store manager didn't want to take it back because "i Broker it". He initially took it and said he will book it for assessment to check whether it was damaged by me or something else. I was told the assessment will take 2 days, i will have feedback by Tuesday after. it is 7 days later, i haven't heard from anyone. I called the shop to speak to Mr Fisher, the store manager, but he is not taking my calls. I tried to reach out to their head office through instragam, facebook and the head office telephone number, but every time they tell me their team will be in touch with me. I haven't heard from them since the laptop was booked for assessment last week Tuesday. all i want is a refund, to go buy a laptop somewhere else.
