Software

<p>I bought a laptop a week ago and at purchase I was told all software issues are covered for a year . I got home and set it up and found that I had office 2013 and the laptops default office was 2016 . I wasn't prepared to upgrade office due to it being expensive. So I tried to download office 2013 however because of firewalls and other things it wouldn't download and I deleted the office 2016 to try get the 2013 . I now have no office on my laptop and can't download it either . I then went to incredible connection in Fourways with that software warranty in mind but was greeted with cold service not willing to hear my story. I was then told if I want anything done I must pay a fee regardless of the warranty or that I bought the laptop a week ago from that same store. </p>
