Slow/Late Delivery and Poor Customer Support

Won't bother with their online store. Poor customer support and long delivery times. NOT 2-5 working days. No one calls before delivery and contacting someone that deals with online store enquiries is a very patient process.

Only positive is slightly better price but be prepared to wait a couple of weeks and more.
