Slow unreliable service and NO TAX INVOICE

I ordered a laptop on line from Incredible Connection for my company. I could not find any field for my company's tax invoice number but thought it was a detail I could sort out later. The laptop has was eventually delivered after three weeks of fighting (the ordered laptop was not in stock) but I am now getting the run around trying to get a tax invoice. No one I have spoken to yet at Incredible Connection even seems to know what a valid tax invoice is. It a legal requirement for any company to claim back the input tax. If I do not get it the computer will effectively cost my company 14% more. The excuse I get from Incredible Connection is the 'system does not allow for it..'. Who heard of anything like this!!! Design you system to comply with tax regulations of face the consequences. Businesses will simply not buy from you.
