Slow delivery, zero communication

I purchased some monitors for work from Incredible Connection via their online store. The delivery period was stated as 2-5 business days. Just know that you will wait 5-days or more with no communication from them. The order tracking has been saying "Shipped" for 6 calendar days now. I didn't know whether that meant delivered and whether the goods was delivered to the wrong address so I called them. They apparently have handed the package over to their internal courier 6-days ago and is unable to contact them (their own courier???) and the courier has no tracking system so you will just have to wait. If you log a complaint they will respond in 24 WORKING hours i.e. another 3 calendar days lost. These people don't value customers and will certainly not receive any of my business going forward.
