Sloppy Service

The service at Incredible Connection at Southgate Mall is the worst. I took in my TV on the 15/05/2021 that that had been written off by Hisense and they were simply suppose to process the refund or replacement unit. I was shocked to get there today and find out that nothing had been done and the TV was still sitting there with no claim processed. No-one can explain what is going on they then started the same process that was supposed to have been done on the 15th May again. I am so disappointed
