Skyworth tv special

I bought a Skyworth 65" tv on 28 November which was on sale. On 30 November I was told that my money will be refunded on 1December as they do not have stock of the tv. Today I contacted them and they cannot tell me when my money will be refunded. I also asked if they have the specific tv in stock and the reply was yes we do have stock but it is more expensive now. It seems to me that they do not want to deliver items when its on special but they are very keen to take your money for something they "don't have"
