Siviwe @ Incredible Connection Carnival Mall ... you rock

I took my laptop to Incredible connection at Carnival Mall in Brakpan. I was served by Siviwe Mthandabuzo from Incredible Connection in Carnival mall. He tried to retrieve the information on my laptop as my hard drive crashed but couldn't retrieve it and explained that the hard drive had to be replaced. I had to leave it here for about a month. During this period Siviwe phoned me every week, sometimes twice a day to give me n update of the progress. He kept his promise every time. I am really impressed with the service he provided and were very efficient and professional. I want to give him a big thank you and compliment him on his professionalism. Siviwe you rock and I hope that your manager appreciate you as you are really a great person to deal with and know how to deal with customers and keep your word. In this time it's rare for someone to keep to their word and go the extra mile.
